More Mireaults than Amiraults?

Hello Richard,

I will be working on my trip in a month or so. I have heard from a new branch of Mireaults. I will contact you with their e-mail. Richard, in talking to Bob Amirault he has confirmed to me that of Francois Amiraults' 5 sons one Charles had no male children, Jacques was responsible for the Amiraults in Nova Scotia and three Pierre, Joseph and Francois' descendants all settled in Quebec. They are responsible for the Mireaults. It is quite possible that their are more Mireaults than Amiraults. I hope we hear from some!
