I am looking for information on Catherine Theresa Mero (b. 27 Nov 1877, Washington, D.C.; d. 1949 Washington, D.C.) who was the daughter of Marion Mero and Mary A. Francis. Catherine Mero married Floyd Grey Herndon (b. 30 July 1876, Richmond, VA) on 4 July 1899 in Alexandria, VA. (I have found nothing in census records etc for Catherine or her father, Marion, under the name of "Mero" and am wondering if this is simply a variation of her original family name.)
