Gordon, Thank you for responding to my search efforts. I have since discovered a document placing my great grandfather, Oliver Mero with his place of birth in Montreal Canada in 1832. He came to Kansas by way of Michigan Detroit. His wife, Sarah La Bante was from Windsor Canada. Oliver died in 1915. His wife sarah Mero died in Denver on July 11th 1927. She is buried in Leavenworth kansas. Thankyou, Theresa
