The Amirault Family Heads Towards 2004
A organization has been set-up to plan a Family Reunion for the Amirault`s on August 8, 2004 during the Congrès Mondiale Acadien to be held in Nova Scotia. The official name of the organization is Les Descendants de François Amirault. All Amirault`s or variations of the name (Mirault, Amero, Amiro, etc) by birth or marriage are invited to join. The reunion for the Amirault`s will be in West Pubnico, Nova Scotia.
A website was launched on March 16 in East Pubnico, not far from the Fief de Pombcoup, the original lands of François Amirault.
The website contains info about the association and how to become a member, and its url is
