How do you account for the fact that DAR has recanted
50% of their mistakes (2 our of 4), If I do "Not
understand how to assemble a body of evidence"?

DAR RECANTED
In email to Wayne Witt Bates, the DAR recanted this mistake – copy available

What we have here is arrogant ineptitude, and the DAR is not big enough to admit their mistakes.
AS a Whistle Blower with some successful experience, the best way to right a wrong when dealing with a bureaucratic
organization, such as the DAR, is to go public. Don't let
them hunker-down and hide their mistakes.
In time, perhaps a new Executive Committee, they will want
to cut their loses. I get a good bit of hate mail, but
on the other hand, I get a good deal of support.
