Hello & thank you for response.

Stephen Livings is listed by name and his age is given as 80 years old. For this reason, I doubt it was for War of 1812 service.

I have searched everywhere I can think of.

Mr Will Graves (who transcribed the Southern Campaign Pensions) suggested my looking in local court records too.
