Do you mean heirs or descendants? An heir does not have to be a relative, but is just someone who inherits at the death of another...in this case, the death of Capt. Thomas West. A descendant is someone who descends from Captain Thomas West...is of his lineage, but may not be an heir. To find his descendants, I'd suggest you might want to pose your questions on, for instance, the West surname forum, and the Fairfax Co forum, both places where you'd have a better chance of finding whatever it is you're seeking, from people researching the name and the area. Just use the JUMP TO FORUM in the upper right corner of this page. To find his heirs, find his will.
