PA Militia Query

Iím seeking an opinion from someone who knows more about the Pennsylvania Militia than I do. Specifically, I wonder about the likelihood of active-duty Revolutionary War Militia service for Christopher Folkerth of East Nantmeal Twp, Chester County, Pennsylvania.

Information from the Pennsylvania digital archives tells the following story. Christopher Fulker (close enough) is found as an Ensign of 2nd CO, 2nd BN, on an Inactive list dated July 3, 1780. Then, a few weeks later, August 12, the first four classes of his company (from Col Thos Bullís battalion) are called to active duty. The men are listed in this muster roll, but none of the officers of this company are named in this order except the company commander,
Captain Griffith. About a year later (Sept 24, 1781), the last four classes of his company are ordered to active duty via another muster roll, and again only the company commander is named in the order. By 1783, Capt. Foulkirth (again, close enough) of East Nantmeal, is the company commander and he holds that rank and assignment thru 1786.

Here is where I need Pennsylvania Militia expertise; when some classes of a company were called to active duty were the company commissioned officers also called at the same time? If so, then Christopher could have served two tours of duty. If not, then I have more searching to do.
