Starting Sept. 5, 2014, Genealogy.com will be making a big change. GenForum message boards, Family Tree Maker homepages, and the most popular articles will be preserved in a read-only format, while several other features will no longer be available, including member subscriptions and the Shop.

The MD State Archives has two volumes listing Revolutionary War rosters, etc. on its website:

http://www.aomol.net/html/index.html

Click on "All Volumes" at upper left to browse the list and find them. The search engine is useless for finding them.

Then you can search each volume.

You can also search the incomplete every-name indexes to National Archives Micropublication M246, "Revolutionary War Rolls" on either Ancestry.com or footnote.com, both of which have free trials.

Note that men from MD in the Maryland and Virginia Rifle Regiment might be listed as from Virginia.
