Dear Sandra,

You are obsolutely correct. It is a Massachussetts Bay Colony Court record.

I just mentioned it because my cousin just 'googled' it and it gave the volume and page and direct quote.

It is not proof without the actual record.

I had done all the Suffolk County Court records, Probates and Deeds but not that Massachusetts Bay Colony group.
