Prisque TREPAGNY or TREPAGNIE or TREPANIER

In the series about Canadian Participants in American Revolution in the LOST IN CANADA periodical, Prisque TREPAGNY of Riviere du Loup or Louiseville, Quebec, was listed as "with the rebels in 1776". Did he serve with Moses HAZEN's "Congress' Own" Regiment? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
