Peter is right, the _Jersey_ list is only a minor part of the numbers who were captured and held.
Among those lists also on the internet are several on the Fort-Klock/Three Rivers website, which includes material from _Documents Relating to The Colonial History of the State of New York_ and notations concerning men captured that are on selected rolls of the New York Continental Regiments.
I have posted a List of men on the Andrew, Capt. Gier, in Nov. 1777 who were transported from Quebec to NY, on the Rootsweb American Revolution / Genral message board under "Topics".
Chris McHenry has published a slightly abridged transcript of most of the surviving POW lists from the papers taken to England by Sir General Frederick Haldimand, in _Rebel Prisoners at Quebec 1778-1783_ (Lawrenceburg, IN: By the author, 1981), with admirably few errors and omissions.
An article on a selected group of prisoners taken in March, 1777 is "Account of a British Intelligence Expedition in 1777, and of its Prisoners," _NY Genealogical & Biographical Record_, Vol. 122 pp. 1-8, 90-94; in Numbers 1 and 2 (January and April, 1991).Some of these men were returned in November 1777, and are in the list from the _Andrew_, mentioned above.
Good hunting,
Jade
