Brenda:

We are practically cousins, if your William is who I think he is. Long story: Mary Ann Parker, b.1842 Kingswood, GLS, had out of wedlock child, Margaret Ann Parker (father William Jenkins) b 1863c, Ystradfodwyg, Wales. Mary Ann went on to marry Edwin Amer, b 1847, Bromham, Wilts.; brother to William and Mark. Children of Mary and Edwin were Sarah, Emily, Ellen and Edwin; Sarah and Edwin were witnesses at half-sister Margaret's wedding to Robert John Keirle, 1883, Nebo Chapel, Wales.

To further complicate matters, Margaret Ann used the name Amer until she married, where she used Parker, but listed her father as Jenkins. Mary Ann is my gg grandmother; Margaret Ann is my g grandmother.

Whew!! =) I'd love to trade info!

Punkin
