I just bought quite a few land deeds from an auction, from as early as 1908, to the 1930's, for the Combs, and Amburgey Families, and lots of other names signed on them.
John L. Combs, Otto Amburgey, Bill Everage, etc.
Some appear to be for land around Montgomery Creek, in Knott Co, KY. MAY also be a hand made map of this area, including names. Also a map for J. H. Fitzpatrick Farm in Floyd Co., KY.
