Thanks for the prompt reply. My grandmother Julia Anne Grimes - born 24 Aug 1904 was the daughter of Cinda Breeding and Edward Grimes. Cinda Breeding was born 26 Oct 1887 and was the daughter of Elisha Breeding and Nancy Amburgey born 27 Mar 1855, she was the daughter of John Amburgey and Rachel Hall, she was the daughter of Reuben and Nancy Hall. John Amburgey's father was Ambrose Amburgey who was married to Rebecca Francis the daughter of Tommy Francis. Ambrose Amburgey's parents were John Amburgey and Elizbeth Hall married 3 July 1787 in Wilkes County, NC. John Amburgey ived for some period of time in Knotts County KY. If you can connect to any of these names I would appreciate the information,
