I am related to a Antonio Amato possibly born around that time or later in, I think, Monte San Giacomo. However, he emigrated to USA/Ellis Island in the year 1893. He is my great uncle. His father, my Great great grandfather, was Nicola Amato who entered the USA in 1899 with his wife, the former Maria Calandrelli. Other siblings to Antonio were Rosa, Angiolino, Guiseppe, and Domenico (my great grandfather-he changed the family name to Smith).
This may be of no help but what the hec.
