Your Julius Amann can be found in the Census of Justice Precinct 8, Bexar County, Texas, on 12 June 1900 which can be found in Series T623, Reel 1612, Enumeration District (E.D.) 121, Page 10B, Lines 74-79.

03/1860 Germ. Julius
04/1868 Germ. Mary
12/1885 Texas Emma
06/1888 Texas Max (maybe birthday was in last third of month?)
12/1889 Texas Ida
05/1896 Texas Fritz

In the date of the census Julius and Mary had been married 16 years, placing their marriage about 1883-84. All four of Mary's children were alive in 1900.

I do not know when either Julius or Mary immigrated to America, nor did I find any other Amann families in Bexar County TX in 1900. Sorry, I did not have Mary's surname with me so I did not search for her Rieber family. (Who knows? They may have stayed in Germany or could be there in Texas, even on the same page.)
