Ron,
Alexander KERR and Helen ALVES are my husband's 3x GR grandparents as well! Ed is descended from their daughter Mary KERR who married John CRAWFORD on Nov 25 1852 at St Andrew's London Twp via their son James CRAWFORD (who died in 1900 in a freak train accident) who married Margaret JOHNSON and had 6 children.
