I am updating some info which was wrong. My grandfather Antonio Yepez Alvarado was born June 1911 possibly in Mexico City, his dad's name was Faustino Alvarado married to Teofila Yepez Guardado grandpa's bro's name was Jose Yepez Alvarado born about 1901 in Mexico. Antonio came to the U. S. as a young teen, he entered the U. S. through Laredo, Texas. While in Mexico City they lived with their mother Teofila where as their dad Faustino is said to have lived in California (where it was believed that he had relatives) to "earn" money. I have also been told that my grandfather's real name was not Antonio, rather it was Ambrosio however on his naturalization papers it is listed as ANTONIO YEPEZ ALVARADO. Antonio married Francisca Leza between 1937-1940.Antonio died Dec. 31, 1989. on Teofila's in is not understood if it is Guardado Yepez or Yepez Guardado.
Teofila had 1 bro: Francisco & 2 sis:Tomasa, Maria. Anyone with info please post.
