Hi there,
My father's name is Porfirio Alvarado(1911-1998 Philippines), but i guess he is not the one you are looking for. I'm also interested to know the other Alvarados out there. My grandfather and greatgrandfather are both Spaniards who came over to the Philippines, from where i do not know. They settled in the island of Leyte where they were in charge of an 'encomienda' and owned an hacienda in the town of Baybay in Leyte. I think they were named Filomeno and Honorio (i also don't know their birthdates and dates of death)
