Starting at Barbara Palomares and going back in time, I have her as:
Maria del Carmen Barbara Palomares, b. Aug. 1792 Santa Barbara, CA. daughter of:
Jose Cristobal Palomares, b. May 1770 Real San Jose de Canales, Durango, Mexico.
Married Maria Benedicta Saez 24 Feb. 1794 at Mission Santa Clara, CA. His parents were:
Jose Antonio Manuel Palomares and Maria Pascuala Valenzuela.
Her parents were Justo Nesario Saez of Villa de Sinaloa, Mex (died 1796 San Jose, CA), and wife
Maria Michela Sotelo, of Sinaloa, Mex.
Barbara Palomares married on 31 May 1812 at Mission San Gabriel, CA to:
Juan Nepomuceno Dolores Alvarado, b. May 1792, Santa Barbara, CA, son of:
Franicsco Xavier Alvarado I, b. 1756 Loreto, Baja CA, Mex. (Sgt. on Anza expedition to found alta California) and wife
Maria Ygnacia Amador, b. about 1775, probably Loreto, Baja, daughter of:
Pedro Antonio Amador, b. 1735 - 1740, Cocula, Nueva Galicia, Guadalajara, Mex. (Sgt. with Father Lausen, helped found Mission San Jose) and wife
Maria (Rosa?) de la luz Ruiz.

I don't have any information on Conception Alvarado or Manuel del Castillo, that you mentioned, but I do have a little more detail and some stories on the California Alvarado family.
