Hi, I hope this info is still of some help to you, I am the grand-daughter of Milli.
From knowledge from my mother, she said that she was insure where he was born, but that it was in TX, and he had a brothers named Joe,Santos,Domingo,and Juan. Sisters: Lena, and Tina. My mother is the youngest of 6 children by him, and his wife was Aurelia they resided in OKC, and were divorced several years ago. I think that he still lives there, but I'm not sure on his exact whereabouts. His father's name was Juan Alvarado, and his mother's name Juanita Valdez. There are so many Juan Alvarado's I've yet to find info on him yet.
