I have been doing some work on my Altman lines, and here's what I have so far:
Descendants of William Altman
1 William Altman (b. ca 1820? SC)

..........3 Emory V. Altman 1877 - 1952
............+Hester Chappell Griggs 1880 - 1920
(Emory V. Altman b. probably Smith Co, TX as he and his family are on the 1880 Smith Co., TX census). Hester Chappell Griggs b. 1880 in Evant, Hamilton Co., TX. EV Altman and Hester Chappell Griggs Altman are my great-grandparents.

Photos of EV Altman and some descendants as well as graves outlined.
Would be interested in any confirmation of the 1 and 2 generations as well as any potential information about things going back further.
