I know of the Altiser's in Missouri. I have Joseph Marion Altizer born in Indiana and married Olive V. Hill. They had 13 children.
My findings indicate that Joseph's father was Peter Altizer, born abt. 1816 in New York. He married Matilda Fredenburgh in Switzerland County, IN, May 17, 1839. Peter and Matilda had 7 children.
I am interested in finding the names of Peter's parents and siblings and so forth.
If you have any information relating to them in your book, I would be very interested in obtaining a copy.
