Hi my name is gerald altizer jr. my father is sr. and he is Diamond's baby brother and the last of the brothers or sisters living. Your grandfather was a very special person in my dads like he has told me many storys about Dimond he was in ww1 and said the only reason he made it home alive was because his mama was praying for him. My dad is now 74 and was just told he has cancer if you send me your phone number I will see if my dad will call you and give you info on your grandfather. My dads dad died when he was an infant so he doesnt know much about your great grandfather but he does know Dimond, Glenn, Stergil, Chess,Nellie and Ester. Hope this was some help.
