In doing your research have you ever come across the names John B. Shelton, born 10/27/1862; Mary Jane Leggett, born 4/17/1857; John Patrick or Olin Moore, a postmaster in Dyersburg for many years in 1930-1950. Also, information on John and Mae Patrick of Dyersburg during 1950's or 60's. I have tried to research my great grandparents Mary Jane Leggett and John B. Shelton but his a stumbling block because Dyer County was Indian Land about that time. Mary Jane Leggett's father was W. B. Leggett and mother's name was Nancy. If you know where I might find any of this information, I would appreciate your help. Thank you.
