I am descendanted from Philip Alston who married Mildred McCoy, dau. of John McCoy. Their daughter, Elizabeth Alston m. John Gilbert; their dau. Sarah Gilbert m. Wm. Alexander Dromgoole; their son John G. Dromgoole m. Minerva Griffin in 1858 in Guadalupe Co., TX. Their dau. Grace Dromgoole was my grandmother and I was born in San Antonio.

Have approved DAR app. on above Philip Alston's father Solomon Alston who m. Anne Hinton.

Would like to correspond with anyone interested in Dromgoole line. I need to know connection between my Wm. A. Dromgoole as mentioned above and the James Dromgoole who married another dau. of Philip Alston (Frances (Frankie)Alston).
