I'm descended from James Wesley Alsobrook, and his wife, Elizabeth Lindsey Alsobrook. They were married in Jones County, Georgia, and moved from there to Chambers County, Alabama.
Their daughter, Lucinda Elizabeth Alsobrook, from whom I'm descended,is a sister to Temperance Catherine Alsobrook Jarrell. Tempie, as she was called, was named for her paternal grandmother, Temperance Brantley Alsobrook, first wife of Landon Alsobrook. Landon and Temperance Brantley Alsobrook were the parents of Tempie's father, James Wesley Alsobrook.
Tempie's mother, Elizabeth Lindsey Alsobrook, was the daughter of Jacob Lindsey and, wife Phobe Lindsey. (Lindsey was also Phoebe's maiden name.) Jacob Lindsey is the son of Jacob Lindsey Sr. and Elizabeth Abrell. Phoebe Lindsey's parents are unproven.
I believe you made two errors:
1. I know of no record which names Elizabeth Lindsey Alsobrook as "Elizabeth Ann". In all records I know of, her name is given only as Elizabeth.
2. Her parents, Jacob Lindsey and Phoebe Lindsey, nee Lindsey, weren't Virginians. Phoebe, by her own statement, was born in South Carolina.
