quite possibly - there seem to be more than i had thought out there. just found out recently there was some allsobrook in a book called The Dam Busters who was famous during the second world war for some or other heroic deed.

the spelling gets weird here and there - i mean how could an allsobrook go and call himself an allseybrook !? REALLY! and the family name is not exactly common but i reckon they're probably the same root clan or whatever you'd call it. doesn't sound particularly english though so i wonder where they came from before that?
