Thanks for keeping me in mind!

Yes, it looks like E.D. Worley is probably Elisha Dixon Worley, Sr. (1812-1891) s/o Joseph John Worley, Jr. and Lucy Hinson(?).

He is listed in the 1860 Census for Chesterfield County, SC at p. 100; dn/fn 702.

So it looks as though the Alsobrooks and the Worleys continued to associate for quite awhile.
