I'm researching the island of Flores as well. My FRATUS and MORRIS families supposedly originated there.
It looks like the only churches the LDS has microfilmed from there are
Nossa Senhora do Rosário (Lajes das Flores)
and
Nossa Senhora da Conceição (Santa Cruz das Flores).
Those records are spread across 8 different reels of microfilm. Have you tried looking there? Any hints for other Flores researchers like me?
