Looking for Antonio Almeyda-Misle. Misle could be misspelled. He Was married to Maria Morales-Ocasio (Ocasio could be Rivera)born in 1834 in early 1850's. I suspect he may be the son of Jose Almeyda born in 1777 and who died in 1832. Jose Almeyda was killed for piracy in Puerto Rico in 1832. He left behind 10 decendants. One of them was called Antonio.
Also I am researching for Vicenta Ferrera-Almeyda born 1860 who was married to Francisco Almeyda-Morales born in 1854 the son of Antonio Almeyda-Misle. Francisco Almeyda-Morales is the Father of my grandfather Juan Almeyda-Ferrera.
In my research I have found out that the firts Almeyda's where sailors. That is why the Almeyda's are all over the world. Those sailors came from Portugal. My research has taken me all the way to Germany in the 1200 where I found out the Almeyda last name originated. If any one can help me complete this circle I would greatly appreciated. Thanks...
