Oops, since one can't see the original message when composing the answer here, one has to work on memory what the message said. I thought you said your Thomas died 1660, but on going over it, you say he died 1680, so the Torrey entries are the same guy. If your source predate Torrey (maybe abt 1970), I'd check further. If your source is after Torrey, the researcher would surely have evidence for contradicting Torrey.
Matthew of Windsor, per Savage, did have a brother Thomas, but he was of Wethersfield.
