I think my George ALLYN was b ca 1582 in Thurcaston Leicestershire ENG and was on the 1643 "bear arms" list in Sandwich when he was over 60 yrs of age. Sounds a little peculiar though! He first settled at Saugus MA and was among some of the first residents of Sandwich. I show 7 ch by two wives possibly: Rose,George,Matthew,Henry,Samuel,William and poss Ralph. I would like to exchange info with anyone desc from this line.
