Looking for the parents of Emily Carolina Allspaugh, born 26 Feb 1839 in Baltimore Ohio, died as Emma Ewing on 3 Aug 1916 in Kansas City, Kansas.

I believe, but am not certain, that her father was Joseph Henry (J. H.) Allspaugh, b.25 Feb 1815 in Lancaster, Fairfield Co., Ohio. His family history appears to have been:

He first married ~1837, probably in central Ohio. He then married Mary Jane Reeder on March 15, 1849 in Delaware Co. He died on April 7, 1894 in Mt. Vernon, Knox Co., Ohio, at age 79 and was buried in Moundview Cemetery, Row 1, Sec.I, Lot 15. His first three children were born to his first wife, whose name we do not know. Nor have we found her grave.

A. Emily Carolina Allspaugh. She married Edward Frank Ewing (33), son of James Ewing (3793) and Amanda M. Atkinson (3511), on September 23, 1862 in Butler Twp., Knox Co., Ohio. She died on August 3, 1916 in Kansas City, Wyandotte, Kansas, at age 77.
B. Samuel Allspaugh was born ~1840 in Fairfield Co., Ohio.
C. Harrison Allspaugh appears to have been a twin to Samuel.

The remainder of his children seem to have been born to Mary Jane Reeder.
D. Henry Clay Allspaugh was born in February, 1850 in Liberty Twp., Baltimore, Fairfield, Ohio.
E. George W. Allspaugh was born ~1851 in Fairfield Co., Ohio. He married Jennie Moies on May 27, 1872 in Knox Co., Ohio.
F. James Fillmore Allspaugh was born in 1852 in Ohio. He died in 1921 in Knox County, Ohio. He was buried in Mound View Cemetery.
G. Youta Wilson Allspaugh also went by the name of Utey Allspaugh. He was born ~1861 in Ohio. He married Clara Belle Roberts about 1883. They are buried in Moundview Cemetery.
