I have the same problem. My Allred in Catherine Allred b. 1749 (I have seen her born as late an 1765) but she was married to Rene Julien bef. 1770. I have heard that Eliz. b. 1747, Catherine b. 1749 and a John b. 1750 were John's by a wife I've seen listed as Lillian or Lilly Ann. I am trying to find the answer to this also. Would love to hear from someone who has better info on this.
