Hello Terry - My Grandfather was Albert Agustus (Gus) Allison brother to your Lorenzo - their brother Joseph Lee Allison wrote a 2 page family history mentioning Claborn, Elijah and others - according to this Family History Elijah's father was a "Bill" who emigrated from Scotland - also someone told Joseph Lee Allison's daughter that Elijah's father came from Scotland in the 1780s. I have a copy of this Family History document if you are interested. take care, Megan
