No, Michael Allison has not changed his mind about anything. I still agree with the pioneers of family history for this line that the immigrant was Thomas ALLANSON (Also Allison in certain records). That discovery was first made and published by 1920. By the 1950's it was relatively common knowledge in many lines of the family. Two early family histories included that information, one written in 1932 and the other 1948 or so. This is nothing new at all. And oh yes...there is proof that his son Charles married a Posey.
