My g.g.g. grandparents were Mary Allison and Christopher Shields married Abt. 1775. Mary died soon after son, George Allison Shields, was born, 19 Nov 1776, near Mt. Vernon, Fairfax, VA. If anyone has any information on this line, I would be most interested in hearing from you. Will share the information I have. Thanks, Connie
