I am trying to find May Ellen Allison. She married Oscar M. Corsbie and lived in Colbert Co.,AL. I found her on the Dawes Roll as we have always been told she was cherokee indian. It also list other family members on the same card as she is on.It does not tell me where they were from or when they were born or where they were born. On the card there is a John R. Allison, 49 yrs old,1/8 cherokee by blood. He married Sallie (believe this is Sarah Jane Pointdexer )31 yrs.old,and they had children.From what I can find on them they went to Missouri where John died in 1912 and sallie in 1955. If you come accross anything on them please let me know.John is a brother or father to my Mary E. Allison and I am trying to find a link to put this all together.Thank you for reading this and any help you might can give me.
