III. Thomas Allison (b. ca1696-1733 Charles Co., MD) m. Barbara Burch (dau of Oliver Burch & Barbara Tennison, and gdau of Justinian Tennison & wife Katherine).
IV. Benjamin Allison (d. ca1810 Burke Co., NC) m. Mary Unknown.
V. Thomas Allison (b. bef1755 NC) m. Cassandra Bird (b. abt1750, NC?).
VI. Mary Allison (b. 12/11/1782 d. 9/4/1853) m. Moses Curtis b. 10/3/1777 d. 9/4/1853. They had 10 children.
VII. Thomas Moses Curtis b. 1802, Randolph Co., NC, d. 1885). 1st m. Elizabeth England (b. abt1805, Crooked Creek, Burke Co., NC, d. aft1880, Union Co,. GA); 2d m. Mary Polly Moffitt (b. 1797 d. 1877), dau of John Moffit & Sarah Whitaker, they had 10 children).
