Hi All,
My great-great grandfather was Joseph Whelpdale Allison. He was born in England in 1848 to William Allison and Jane Atkinson. As William and Jane married in 1838, I suspect they had other children.
Joseph came to Australia as a boy sometime in the 1860s - running away to sea. I would dearly love to hear from anyone who may be connected to this family. I have no other information on my Allison family connection and would like to fill in these branches of my tree.
