Scanned from an eBay auction is the following obituary:
Sarah Margaret Allison was born in Pleasant Hollow, Bedford Co., Pa., Oct. 7, 1850, and died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Henry Kinzey, Alum Bank, Pa., Dec. 27, 1919, aged 69 y., 2 m., and 20 d. Sister Allison was converted and united with the church early in life, and maintained her faith in Jesus to the end. Rheumatism held her in its grip 18 years, in which time she did not walk. She never complained of her hard lot, but sat patiently waiting the time of her departure, saying, "I want to go home to stay." She could not attend the services in the church, but she did not fail to contribute of her susbstance to its support. She was joined in holy wedlock to James M. Allison, who died in 1899. To this union were born 2 boys and 4 girls, one of whom is Mrs. Dr. C. A. Mock, of Le Mars, Ia. Five children, 1 brother and 2 sisters survive the mother. -- D. G. Baumgardner
