I am gggg granddaughter of Hannah (Allison) Cole. She was married to William Temple Cole and came to MO with him abt 1807. William Temple Cole was killed by Indians 1810. Hannah stayed in MO raising her family and is buried in Cooper Co MO. Her sister, Phoebe married Stephen Cole. She also came to MO.
In Halbert Allison's will dated July 21, 1813 - 13 children were listed: James, Mary (Davis), John, Francis, Charles, Stephen, William, Robert, Martha, Rhoda, Hannah (Cole), Jean (Brown) and Phoebe (Cole).
Halbert also lists his wife Agnes (whom I assume) was called "Nancy" since her will was written April 2, 1816...listing many of the same children.
Does anyone know who the other children were married to???
Hannah's birth year listed on her grave marker is 1762. She died in 1843.
Does anyone know when Halbert was born and the dates the other children were born???
