researching Allisons in N. Carolina( earliest info I have)starting with a John Baird Allison born in Burke county,NC IN 1807. He married a Rebecca m. Bryson. . My great grandmas name was stella Allison(maiden) and I am somehow desended from this Allison line. Any info or anyone researching same, please contact. My Allison line set in NC until at least 1920's.
