Mary ALLIN, of Town,
I am a descendant of Mary Allin's "base" son, William, Christened at Holsworthy 18 Feb, 1810. Father said to be Charles, 3rd Earl Stanhope.
(William was "paid off" by the family to emigrate to NZ.)
Mary was buried at Holsworthy, Jan, 1817, aged 30yrs, "of Town."(Sutcombe.)
I cannot find my Mary's birth, about 1787, or her birthplace. Do you have her in your records?
Regards,
Cynthia Glover
