Hi Clifford,
I have to admit I'm unsure. I've searched a bit and can not find where I would have gotten either his middle name or the Ocheltree spelling of his last name. (I wasn't good at recording sources in the beginning...I've learned some lessons and I'm much better now!)
The source I thought it came from was Charles M. Cook but I looked through my notes and he had given me the following info.....
From Charles Cook:

Children of PATIENCE ALLHANDS and FRANCIS BAGBY are:
       i.       JULIA A.4 BAGBY, b. 23 August 1860, Montgomery County, Indiana; d. 29 July 1893, Montgomery County, Indiana; m. WILSON ORKELTREE, 01 September 1880, Montgomery County, Indiana; b. Unknown; d. Unknown.

More About JULIA A. BAGBY:
Burial: New Richmond Cemetery, Montgomery Co., Indiana

So I will have to keep searching. Sorry I don't have a ready answer at this time.
