Hello Fellow Allgood Researchers:
I am looking for info on Sarah Allgood, b circa 1810, who married Abner Russel in 1831. This would have been in Surry County, NC. Abner and Sarah had 3 sons, Charles (b ca 1832), James N.(b ca 1834), Gideon (b ca 1836) and 2 daughters, Amanda J (b ca 1839) and Elizabeth (b ca 1842).
Abner Russel and Sarah Allgood are my 3g grandparents and I am descended through their son Gideon. He died in 1911 and is buried in Salem Cemetery, Winston-Salem, Forsyth County, NC.
If anyone has information regarding Sarah's parents I would appreciate hearing from you. I will be glad to share any data I have.
