Hi Ken: Mom said that the other two sisters, Etta and Kate moved to Missouri as well as the brother Jim. Etta married a guy whose last name was Turner. Kate, was a midget also, never did get married and was deeply spiritual. She said Gideon was highly educated and she seemed to think he was "well to do"--whatever that means.
I'm just beginning to get in on this, so this is the first information I have received. It's really interesting though.
I believe my cousin has done some research on the Smith side--that is who Pearl married, but none has been done on the Allgood or Dalton side. I'm really curious about the Dalton side also.
As soon as I get the opportunity, I'm going to check out Davies County Kentucky to see what info I might find there.
