John Wesley Allgood who was married to Emma Daisy Allgood is deceased in the 1900 Census for Illinois. Here is the following info I posted regarding one of his sons:

The following is in the 1900 Census Illinois, Indian Prairie Township, Wayne County, Ill. Microfilm #351 - Book 1 - Pg 164. John Westley Allgood is deceased at this time.
Emma D. Allgood Head of Household-Widow DOB 7/1856 43yrs old. Had 7 children & 7 children are living. Born: Ohio Father: Delaware Mother: Pennsylvania Occupation: Cant make it out-looks like N.A. Owns own home with a mortgage. Son: Otto S. DOB: 5/1878 22yrs old Single Born: Illinois Father born: Indiana Mother: Ohio - School Teacher. Son: Alvis DOB: 7/1886 19yrs old Born: Ill-Farm Laborer. Daughter: Rosa DOB: 1/1882 18yrs old Born: Ill. Son: Robert DOB: 7/1886 13yrs old Born: Ill. Daughter: Meary Mo (weird name?) DOB 2/1890 10yrs old Born: Ill. Son: Evert (spelled diff than what posted elsewhere)-I think I only see one "t" in the Census) DOB 1/1892 8yrs old Born: Ill. Daughter: Frances DOB: 3/1894 6yrs old Born: Ill. John Westley Allgood must have died withing the last 6 yrs. Hope this helps out. Try searching with this different spelling.
